Me, when I go to a new place, I usually want a good therapeutic massage followed by a nice HE. If you see the same girl over time, things sometime escalate. KAMP girls, on the other hand, rarely give a decent massage. I have also found great CAMP girls that developed into LTR (rare, though). If you want to just bust a nut, the KAMPs are the way to go. Everything has it's place.
