Being detained =arrest. Did he drive himself to the police department or was he transported in a police car? They told him they were going to get a search warrant for his phone, so he gave consent. The sting ads I pointed out were sting ads, a certain other individual tried to steer dudes toward an obvious sting ad near boardman and get dudes to send a deposit and go to liberty. Do the math.
