If you go to a spa where they give you a table shower, extras ARE ALWAYS available. It seems to me that most spas are being extra cautious these days with continued LEO focus, thus the 1000 questions of, "have you been here before?" If they didn't offer you any extras, its usually a matter of comfort for them, meaning they didn't feel comfortable with you. They're very suspicious of most customers these days. If you go back a second time, they should be much more accomdating. If not, just ask them in a discrete way or hand motions.

Maia is on Holcomb Bridge, exit 7B off 400N. Holcomb Bridge near Old Roswell Rd.
I drove by Ocean yesterday, 12/29 and it is really closed. The big sign is covered and the "open" sign is dark.
By the way, Maia is behind the Insurection. You have to drive around to the side to see the door. I have never been in but it is in a very popular strip of shops and I can't imagine them offering extras for long in that location.
I think I am just going Brazilian for a while.
