Besides this May 2022 event, I believe the last significant event in Fishkill was Jan 2015. So the lightning model could hold some water.
It is sad that the concept of reputation has been lost for both provider and client. Solid reputations keep Uncle LEO, malfeasance and lame providers at bay.
