If there's no specific location (i.e. not simply "Detroit") there's a pretty good chance it's a BS ad. Metro Detroit is sprawling, guys prefer to hire someone close to them, and local providers know that; a provider in Westland doesn't want to deal with 20 calls from guys in Harper Woods There's a better chance that if there's a specific side of town ("Southfield", "Roseville", "Downriver" it's from a person for hire.
