You can easily come up with the topics they discuss. Whether it affects how they perform is another matter. Logically, if they're professional, it shouldn't but they have their own biases and preferences so it could. The thing is, there's really no way to verify as it all anecdotal even from the horse's mouth. If you get what you want and were satisfied, I wouldn't waste time on ruminating on whether another monger got it better. You can't control it or remedy it in either case.
