Took a bit of a break from all this, busy with work, and life, and what have you. But I woke up this morning with a horrible spasm in my neck and back. I'm new here but I've been around for a little while. Never used this site a lot but now I need somewhere to get info. Rib ratings is down. STG has gone to crap lately.
