Their theory is that identification verification now costs roughly $20-22 and the sites are making them all create new ones to collect this fee. So the scammers especially are going to be using sets of completely new fakes to lure in more victims while other reliable ones are waiting to be vetted. Knowing our luck the scammers seem to be getting new ads up quicker, trying to find out how. I don't understand the site's process if they'll let a provider put up completely fake pics why ask for an I'd, except to shield themselves from some sort of liability. We as a community could start submitting takedown requests for known scammers like they do for professional pictures and revenge porn. Sure there's some statue in some state to make it illegal to advertise known fraudulent merchants. But I would guess with enough confidence this is one of the ones I've been posting about based on vernacular and services offered coupled with non ad pics which lets you know off the bat that you won't see the person in the pics.

But I do have good news, I was able to successfully get one of the main scam artist / robbers entire profile current and historic completely wiped from BackPageGals in little over a week.
