For all you guys who are obsessive about clearing your history and cookies after a visit to the web like I have to be, check out the new Firefox Beta 3.1
It offers a history, cookie, and other private data clearance that goes back only an hour, 2 hours, or the last day. That way you can clear all traces of a web session without removing all your history and cookies, thus drawing less attention from someone who might be checking in behind you. Since i use a laptop at home that is also used by my SO, this makes it a lot easier for me to hide my web activity.

SL[/QUOTE]If you really want to protect your web activity from prying eyes, I recommend buyng a U3 USB flash drive. They have the capability of supporting their own browser (Mozilla Firefox) which can be downloaded for free from the U3 site. This allows you to browse the web without using your laptop's browser, download files to the U3 drive without accessing the hard drive on the laptop or otherwise creating any history of your web activity on your laptop or any PC you might want to browse securely from (they don't work on Mac's). When you are done, you eject the flash drive, stick in your pocket and go on your way! It is password secured so if it gets into the wrong hands no one else can access the drive. They come in 1GB to 16GB capacities starting at $10-$12 bucks. I recommend at least 2GB. You can get them at Office Depot or similar outlets.

Sorry to bring up a semi-old topic but some of the MP posts had me wanting a little history lesson, as I'm not old enough to remember their heyday.

So, what was the root cause for the MP scene almost completely disappearing? Was it moreso LEO issues (since MP are obviously stationary targets) or was it moreso the increasing availability of the internet in the late 90s (when girls figured out they could advertise online on their own and work for themselves)?? Was there another factor that I'm missing?

I've read some old posts (late 90s/early 2000s) posts on a very similar site and it featured MPs much more prominently, which made me believe that MPs were basically the way to go back in the 90s (and probably in the 80s).

She was with Sarah for only like a week or two before she ran off or Sarah kicked her to the curb (not sure which). I don't think Sarah had a site built for her and, even if she did, she certainly would have used her own contact info.

Anway, that is definitely the girl from that mugshot. Go back and search the old posts and you should find it. I would repost it but I figure Jackson would delete it. If you simply compare the mugshot to the girl's face in the very bottom pic (where she's looking straight at the camera), then it is definitely her. I doubt she is still around (I believe the site is probably from some time last year) but was curious if anyone knew anything about it.

LE was the main reason for the demise of MP's. They were around a lot in the 90's and very early 2000's. The last page of the sports section in The Commercial Appeal would have ad's for them (Friday editions had the most). I don't know what happened but all of a sudden nearly all of them got raided. It seemed to happen very quickly. After that if one opened up they wouldn't last anytime before being shut down. At the time I don't think the internet was much of a factor. Many of the girls did end up on the internet afterwards though.

Basically, some folks with big sticks up their asses got all torqued over seeing massage parlors in the area, and they were rather visible and it was a pretty open secret as to what they were doing. And since MPs are stationary businesses, they're pretty much sitting ducks. Didn't take long before most of them were run out of business. Didn't help that the Feds got into the act and brought income tax evasion prosecutions against several of the more notorious MP owners, too.

she was with madison for a short period of time. as a matter of fact those pics were taken at madisons house.it's been awhile but i remember madison wanting me to come and meet her,when she was hanging around. i'll have to call madison for more info.
