I decided to give Crystal P. (mentioned below) a try. Might be YMMV but no real luck for me. She is now in an extended stay on the UCF side of town, room is fine. Not particularly messy at all.

Pros:

Nice, safe and freshly showered.

Decent conversation.

Cons:

Dead fish cuddle. Even if I don't have any fun, a good cuddle makes up for it. We vibed (at least I thought we did.) but she basically just lays there in whatever position you ask for.

There's a handful of loudmouths, including a couple of dudes (probably incels) who like to flap their gums and tell people to report and block guys who even hint at extras. Really it's like grade school level snitching.
