I saw her posts but never got around to tracking her down. I was concerned about the nature of some of her posts. A couple seemed almost too good to be true. But the week before last, I was in Chicago and decided to check out the CL list. There she was bigger than shit. Must have migrated to the big city. I wonder if she will still run low cost specials?

A man whose home was frequented by a woman found murdered in a nearby alley is now charged in federal court with crack cocaine delivery, officials say.
Jesse James Stewart of Davenport, admitted to authorities that he provided crack cocaine to several prostitutes who frequented his house “to help them beat their addiction,” court documents state.
“Stewart said these females would give him the crack cocaine to hold for them. In return, Stewart would ration out the crack cocaine and give it to the females in small doses to help them ‘wean’ off the crack cocaine,” documents state.
Cash found in the living room couch and in his wallet, $1,765, Stewart said, “belonged to the girls and he was holding on to it for the girls.”
Agnes McFedries Kennedy, 51, was found dead Dec. 22 in an alley in the 1800 block between West 7th and 8th streets in Davenport. Police believe, according to the search warrant documents, that her death happened elsewhere.
Police have searched several properties in connection with her death, including the Suspect's alleged crack house on 6th St.
Stewart was arrested after a search warrant was served at the home a week after McFedries Kennedy’s death. When police entered the house, Stewart and two women were found inside, documents state.
They found crack in Stewart’s shirt pocket, a freezer and an air vent.
A Ford Taurus registered to the Temple of Truth and Wisdom at that address, 1831 W. 6th St., also was searched. Police seized jumper cables, a seat belt cover, roll-on deodorant, an empty cigarette box and several cigarette butts from the car, court records show.
Stewart told investigators he sold crack cocaine to a person in Bettendorf. His supplier is a relative in Chicago and a person in Davenport, he said, but he would not reveal their names.

It's spam, she was advertising in cedar rapids, but using a different yahoo userID. For the most part, if they want you to IM them, it's a scam to have you join a webcam site or like. I IMd her, she replied with another pic, then said the only way she'd hook up is if I joined an age verification site (for her security). Site was nothing more than webcam. They must get kickbacks to get people to sign up, because she'll ask you for your username or order number. Lots of this going on in CL lately.

An attorney appeared in court Monday for a Sherrard man arrested for allegedly soliciting and assaulting a woman in Davenport on Sunday.
38 year old Andrew of Sherrard, posted $2, 000 bail Sunday after making a first appearance in Scott County District Court on charges of prostitution and simple assault.
According to a court affidavit, Andrew solicited a woman at 4th and Marquette streets in Davenport about 12:15 a. M. Sunday and agreed to pay her $20 for oral sex.
He allegedly asked the woman to come to Illinois with him, but she refused and, when she tried to get out of his truck at West 3rd Street and Filmore Avenue, he allegedly grabbed her hair to prevent her from leaving, according to the affidavit.

“Even taking into account exclusions for pending motions and the appeal,” the 70 days has passed by about a month, she wrote.
Prosecutor Cliff Cronk declined comment.
Kerwin’s detention for two years “has seriously hampered his ability to present his defense,” Laverty wrote. “Defendant can show that key witnesses have relocated and necessary documents may have been lost, and witnesses’ memories fade over time.”
Kerwin could have used an alibi defense on at least one charge, Laverty said, but it will be difficult to find that alibi witness because the crime happened so long ago, as early as April 2004.
He also is in protective custody in the Dubuque County Jail, she said, which “means he cannot easily place phone calls to family or others who may be able to assist in his defense.”
In October 2004, detectives issued warrants for Kerwin and his longtime girlfriend, Melissa YYYYY, then 29, after officers seized graphic homemade movies involving illegal sex acts. The explicit scenes on the 15 videotapes, some involving an infant younger than 1 year and others involving dogs, shocked veteran detectives, said investigators, who said the tapes were made from January 2001 to July 2004.
An investigation began after police heard that Kerwin had paid a man who is mentally challenged to have sex with a female, then videotaped it, according to Scott County District Court records.
The videotapes include Melissa walking the streets of Davenport as a prostitute and picking up clients before returning to a car to describe the details of the sex acts and to hand money to Kerwin;Kerwin videotaping her during acts of prostitution while children are in the back seat of the car at night during the winter;Kerwin performing sex acts involving a dog; and Meilissa while she performs sex acts involving three different dogs.
Melissa was arrested in Georgia late last year and was sentenced to 10 years in prison in April after she pleaded guilty to third-degree sex abuse and sexual exploitation of a minor, court records show.
Kerwin was convicted of child molestation and cruelty to children in Cobb County, Ga., and those cases have been tied up in appeals courts for years in Georgia, according to court records.
