Have you been to E. St. Louis these days? That was my favorite spot. I went everytime I would go to St. Louis a few years ago.

That is where the Pink Slip is located. Have you been there or to Roxy's, or the other place, which I can't remember the place. Athlete's were not permitted to be in the place or the area, during the Season, both the Rams and the Cardinals. The area is just that wild

Of course stay away from the SW near the railroad track for they are mostly dudes in drag. But further towards the residential area, you can find some diamonds in the rough.

Got any 411 on the area these day, since I will be going to a few Reds games in St. Louis these days.

I don't hand out much on the east side of St Louis but rather monger in South St Louis off Broadway and Penn. between the 7-11 near Holly Hills and the CFM gas station on Steins. Always plenty of WSW to choose from. As long as you play it safe you will be fine. Its alot better(safer) than down town Cincy.

I've posted on this one before, but since her advertising is picking up I couldn't help but bring this one up again. Unless you want to overspend on a lame experience avoid this girl.

Hmm. The top pictures look great. However, I'm not saying it is, but the bottom two look like they could be a different person. They almost look like a TS.

I do not remember the last time I saw 10-15 SWs out in OTR! They were everywhere! There were FOUR at one location! True, more than half looked like death warmed over or worse (several looked seriously deformed/retarded... sorry). And I saw not a single LE until later...

The great benefit of such a plethora of SWs is that you can be ever so picky. I spotted this VERY cute shortie with short hair, red coat, who gave me half the look as I drove by, but hello, it was out in the open at the corner of Findley and Race! I wouldn't (shouldn't) stop for Ms America at that spot...

Drove the circuit again, and saw her again at a different spot (sorry--I no longer feel comfortable specifying pick up locations). At that spot, there were four candidates. I swung into a side street for her to come to me, and I had to beat the SWs off with a stick! I pointed at Redcoat, and a second SW, toothless, started hollaring that Redcoat took her date... As IF.

We will call Redcoat M***n, and she was tops. Clean, bright, good looking, clear headed, straight up, skilled, hip. Man-oh-man. Why couldn't she have digits...

Excellent BBBJCIM service, almost GFE for the duration. On the way back, she claims that several of the SWs who have been priminently mentioned on this board (and whom we have experienced...) now are HIV positive... According to M***n, a large percentage of these girls are locked up. I hesitate to name names in case the info is incorrect. (PM me for the tentative names.) But it includes R*****, one of my favs from a while back. We both agreed that any SW who offers FS without a cover should be shunned (I NEVER do FS without a cover!)

So... Pickings were excellent Easter Sunday. M***n said they (LE) all had Easter off. Makes sense.

Still... Carefully follow the rules previously posted. Especially at being cautious about doing an inobvious pick up, and just ask if they need a ride. No business talk until well out of the neighborhood, and you verify that you are not being tailed.

I had some free time yesterday so I decided to check out OTR. Not much action, but found a wsw named Angie (I think). Average looks, but nice red hair, and great attitude. Skills were about a 8-9. I'd definitely look for her again.

I took a tour on the OTR circuit today (Tuesday 17 April), and saw quite a few LE, several with lights flashing. By the same token, I saw at least 6-7 SWs working the streets. A real cutie in camouflage pants, but she was 1/2 block from LE on Race. Looked for her again, but only saw her after I picked up Ronnie--a pony-tailed sweetheart who was a pleasure to be with (in several ways). VERY congenial, straight up, full of smiles, good conversation, smart, etc. Very pleasant oral service for the usual fee. But my caution to her (and you) relates to her use of dogfood. She confided that needles cost too much to use them only once. We had a talk about that--she knows, but the risk is less important than her need. Ouch. Shouldn't Cincinnati at least have a needle exchange? I wish her the best and wish I could help her off the horse.

Ronnie sounds like a good candidate for hepatitis and the passing of it. Be careful, even oral sex can spread it.

I doubt if the holy rollers in the Queen City will approve of a needle exchange program.

Thanks for raising the question (don't we all try to ignore it!!!???) Here is my take on dangers of oral sex. Note that the risks are always much greater for the servicer than the serviced, all of these are more easily transfered with semen. BTW, which Hep are you talking about, A, B or C? Big difference (see below)

Herpes: can fairly easily be transmitted by oral sex. Herpes simples I (usually oral) can indeed be transmitted to genetalia. And vice versa. My understanding is that this is the most common pathogen transmitted during oral sex. It is untreatable once you have it. It is much less transmissible in the absence of lesions. The worst thing (in my opinion) is that these lesions make it much easier for viruses like HIV and hep 2 and 3 to infect you.

Gonorrhea: Yep. Can certainly infect the throat. Can be transferred to the penis. Sometimes asymptomatic... Worse for females as they can cause pelvic inflamatory disease (leading to sterility). Males can get scaring of the urethra. Most are now resistant to penicillin (PPNG strains), but worse, 5% of gays now carry clap resistant to Cipro... That SUCKS (if you excuse the expression). Good reason to avoid BBBJ by TV--if you would even consider that option... Not my route, for sure.

Syphilis: Yep. Not as common as clap, but, especially among gays, an increasing problem.

HIV: In the absence of lesions (see herpes above), transmission of HIV is extremely rare (the risk of a single BJ from a person with HIV transmitting the virus is 0.04% = 4/10,000 bjs.) I consider this a risk I am willing to take, tho not risk free. Remember that it is blood/blood or semen/blood which transmits HIV. In a person with no lesions, and if the sex does not cause abrasions/bleeding, the risk is low to very low.

Hepatitis B and C: Both of these are rarely deadly. Hep B is said to be 100x as infectious as HIV, thus a risk of 1/25 BJs from a person who has Hep B. It is MUCH more frequent in gay men. It is carried in both blood and semen. Yes, you are correct, there is a risk of Hep B transmission with oral sex.
Hep C is only transmitted blood/blood, and much more difficult to transmit. Sharing needles or blood to blood sex transmit it. In needle sharers, Hep C is especially a problem, but less a danger to receivers of oral sex.

Bottom line? Yes, we all take risks. Each must weigh the cost/risk ratio he is willing to take. I NEVER do FS without a cover. Before I do BBBJ, I try to evaluate the SW for sores, general health, etc. For Ronnie, the little head was in charge... It was only after service that I determined that she used needles. Probably would not do it again (tho the service was top notch--isn't weighing THAT the main story here?)

I believe in realistic evaluation of the risks, and deciding what activity to engage in beyond that. Mongering is not a risk free activity (duh...) I continue to base my actions on the relatively low risk of oral activity, and the ability to treat the STD if I catch something... Probably whistling in the dark?

OK, so Dr. Giani's post might have taken a little bit of the edge off posting but, while I have your attention doc, I have this thing going on with my shoulder whenever I raise my arm up - any diagnosis ? Hopefully you can give me some advice without me having to ante up a co-pay :-)

Spent some time last night cruising the OTR loop. Busy on the north end with very little LE around but quality seemed a little off. Lots of overt waving and walking out in traffic that I haven't seen down there for a while. Maybe it's end of the month despiration starting to kick in. Headed out to NK down on Madison/Scott as far the Kroger. Also busy down there but by then I was running out of time so I decided it was time to chalk this drive up to research.

G - Your point about this being a quiet board is right on target. I read a lot of the other city forums because I do some traveling for work and it seems like there's a lot more info floating around. There are, at times, conversastions about not being too specific since LEO is reading too but the general consensus on most boards is that LEO spends a lot more time in the neighborhoods than we do and probably know at least as much (and probably more) about who's out when and where. That's probably also true here too.

I know you've made comments about being uncomfortable talking specific p/u locations. In other forums, you'll see very specific comments like "picked her up at 4th and State, on the west side of the street, 14 feet from the corner" (ok - maybe not quite that specific but close). My point is that all the board conversation about secrecy and lack of details is probably doing more to set the tone for this forum and stall posting than the detailed (and valuable) biology lesson you offered up a couple days ago. The fact that you (and your 250+ posts) are nervous about sharing makes me (and my 9 going on 10 posts) scared shitless to share anything.

Anyway - I'm a newbie just trying to figure this all out - WTF do I know. You've been posting since god knows when so I really mean it when I say thanks for the advice and I want to grow up and be like you (ok, maybe not that far but you get the point). I just thought I'd share 2 cents on the topic from the single digit end of the posting spectrum.

Took a couple spins through OTR this week.

Met up with Sonya (WSW Redhead with med curly hair, late 30's with a nice be-rack) around lunch time Wednesday around McM and Race. Overall, very accomodating but really chatty. Found a quiet spot at which point she stopped talking to deliver a great BBBJCIM, although that part may have just been my fantasy. Obviously, she's done this before and not the slightest hint of impatience. I may have parted with $0. 2 + a couple whitey-one-bites during the trip. No digits but she's usually around the McM/Elm/Race stretch. I'll repeat.

Picked up Beth (WSW Brunette long hair, late 20's very nice natural pair of Cs) after a heavy rain Thursday around Liberty/Broadway. My recollect is that I may have parted with $0. 2 for a BBBJCIM that was only slightly better than crap and I wouldn't have her in my front seat again if she paid me. Having someone in who plays with the radio is one thing but someone who tries (and succeeds) in reprogramming the buttons makes me absolutely nuts. You're not freaking movin' in so don't rearrange the furniture friend! Add that to the step by step story of the previous night's ecxtasy party and the home rolled cig made with that stuff that looks like oregano she pulled out on the way back and that was it. That lands you in "Get out of the car NOW land. Do Not Pass Go, Do Not Collect $200. Or any tip for that matter, walk back to OTR). Pass this one up.

During my cruise, I'm seeing lots of getting in and getting out of cars. Law of averages says some of them must be folks on the board. Anything else going on this week anyone wants to talk about. The alternative is we can go back to the WebMD stories:.)

I have also had good luck in OTR recently (see previous posts). Made the circuit a couple days ago (window shopping, no time for pleasure...) Counted 6 SWs and 1 TV (on Duncan, of course). 2/6 SWs looked interesting. One was interesting, but with her shirt pulled down to expose her shoulders. Yes, hot looking, but no, not a good bet 'cause LE must SURELY see that too.

Yes--I have had SWs mess around with my radio--AND reprogram it. "Rearranging the furniture" is a perfect description. And don't light up in my car without permission. Sheesh. And she didn't offer YOU an ecstasy pill? That's enough to kick her out right there... I may have met Sonya, not sure. but never a Beth. Thanks for the report!

Keep hearing of West End cruising possibilities, but I have never scored there (have not tried more than a couple times).

And the "WebMD stories" crack??? Is that a shot across <i>my</i> bow? Oh man... can't a guy get a little slack? But none-the-less--thanks Dweezil for your posts--at least SOMEONE is contributing to the board besides "WebMD."

I seem to be having some bad luck on the chat lines. I'm running into more women playing games than producing any action. Someone sent me to a poor woman's house late at night. Obviously she was upset and said I was the second guy who showed up. The person used the name Rita and it's in NKY so be careful guys. This lady wanted to call the cops and wanted my name and address. I was like no way am I giving you that info. I gave her the chatline number and the name they used and took off.

I had another one want the money upfront to buy drugs and then when could play. I was like no thanks and hung up. The best one was a woman telling me that she needed a phone card because she was running out of minutes. She said she would pay me when I got there. The next thing I know, she wanted me to give her the number over the phone. I laughed yeah right. I hadn't even bought it. I said that sounds like some scam. Click! Maybe she ran out of minutes but I doubt it.

I did meet one lady who said she was 26 but was more like 46! She said she was at some group home. I don't know what kind but it was a little weird. I had to pick her up down the street from the group home. She did give a decent BBBJ though for $0.2 in some apartment complex lot. She had a decent body but the face hasn't too good.

I had one ask me on the chat line to contact another girl for her, since women are free, unless they want to contact another woman. She told me that we could all have a 3some. Talk about the scam factor. I did contact the lady and never got back with the other girl. No 3some and no scam-some. I never told the 2nd girl about the first. The second was bi, and I took her a couple of times to the swing club in dayton.

After about a month I did leave the first girl a thank you, for the tip. She left me a nasty message back, so I reported her to the adminstration and they deleted her box. You just gey tried of people thinking you are that stupid. They shouldn't let women on for "free" anyway. They should have to pay for minutes too. If they did we'd get a better quakity of women using the caht lines, instead of the one liner game players, there now.

Maybe a law suit against the chat lines is due. Unequal treatment between men and women. They stop happy hour for women that way, now it is happy hour for everyone.

Otherwise, the chat lines have gotten me though the winter, and the dry times. It is time consuming, but I score a "good" one about 1 out of 7 calls, and it takes about 2 days to a week of talking off caht line to score. Anything more than a week to a few day, then she is playing games, or want a real boyfriend. That ain't in the mix. Not at all!

I am on about (3) chat line and (3) chat rooms. Also a lot of free non SW action in the yahoo adult groups. You will have to see which fit you best, and you budget.

Thanks to "I Need It" (INI) for his tales of woe from Chat lines... I have communicated with boardsters who have had what they call great luck with chat lines, but INI's tales of woe ring true.

"Someone" (???) sent you to a woman as a practical joke??? First rule, be sure you speak with the person before making the trip!!!

Yes--NEVER $ up front. MAYBE a good faith 0.1 or something like that--but be cautious. ANY money exchanged for specified acts can convict you. I like to place the $ where it can be seen, but not in her hands.

The third "chatee" DOES sound weird... "Group home?" Ho-boy. That is one I would usually avoid. (Group home means what" mentally deficient? or drug rehabilitation? It makes a difference). On the other hand, you broke the ice and got decent service? If she is interested in additional visitors, you could offer her digits by PM (never on the board--duh...) But 0.2 for oral is to going rate on the street, and once you find a dependable, phonable service provider, count yourself lucky.

I have heard from other boardsters that agree with me that OTR is looking up. If that is what YOU find, let us know.

Well of Course I talked to a woman representing themself as "Rita". Obviously it was a joke. If the Lady won't give you her number it is probably a scam or she isn't serious about meeting. Everytime I gave my number without getting her number it turned out badly. I did have one lady act like it was a freebie and it turned out to be pay to play. She said some guys get mad. LOL Well yeah I guess so. You show up and she wants some money. Never having talked about it before hand. I had a feeling she was a working girl by her attitude.

I have again heard that Tuesdays and Thursdays are days that Operation focuses on Over-the-Rhine. This past Thursday, SOMETHING big was going down on McMillian across from the church (near the auto repair place). TEN LE cars (both City and Sheriff cruisers) were having a cluster f*ck. I have attached a picture. If you have a choice, I would be extra cautious on Tues and Thurs.

Also, saw an SW on Vine and McM (remarkably hot--but with a dude nearby) and another also with her dude near by. I do not know either of these SWs--anyone recognize them?

Had a couple neighborhood guys on the steps getting a lot of attention but it didn't look SW connected so I didn't mention it. I was down through the area Friday night and there were a fair number of SWs around and I didn't see a single LE anywhere. None made my heart flutter in that "do-me" way so I decided to save time and money (that's big head talking. Little head was saying "WTF you thinking chit-head. Get on one").

The girl in the middle pic has been around for the past couple weeks or so, usually up in the McM stretch around Vine, sometimes over around Elm/Henry. She's usually with some guy who's so close it looks like he's going to jump in the car too so I've been taking a pass. Looks like you found some time when Jack & Jill split up for a while. We'll see if it's permanent next week.

Also, since I notice you show up checking out other cities. Take a look at Baltimore and Philly if you haven't already. They are some serious mongers and posters (check out that SW index by name and year including pictures and reviews for each. It's like a SW Google index).

Here is a few pic's to help the day go by.

But I did check out the streets this weekend and I did not see all the SW's posted about. I did cruise at all times of the day and night, and the streets were empty. The ones that were out were not worth picking up.

Anyway. This is what I did find by accident and she schooled me on where to look and what to look for and who is who, along with who is in jail. Alot of them are now in jail. And some of them are in big time trouble.

In response to board as well as PM requests (see below), here is my latest version of the OTR map. While I am concerned that information presented on this board could plausibly be used by LE, here is a map of a recommended cruising route in OTR which is most likely to give you a tour of street life. Start at Liberty and McMicken (station 1), and follow the numbers through 10. Remember that Dunlap, just off McMicken near the park, is notorious for TVs (at station 2).

Ran through OTR Wednesday mid afternoon and it was busy. Interesting Latina looking HSW, 7/10 long dark hair sitting up around Elm/Henry. Saw her a couple times before, both times at that corner, and circled the block but she was just driving off with one of you guys as I came around the corner. She definately looks like she's worth a ride but I'm not a big fan of picking up anyone I'm seeing for the first time. I like a little visual history to increase the odds she's for real.

Met Cora on Walnut below Liberty. WSW late 30's, 8/10 from a distance but ended up being about 5/10 sittin' in the seat. After a quick LE check we talked options. She mentioned her room out in Florence ( 25 minute drive). Waaaaay to far on my schedule. Then she mentioned a guy's house she knows "nearby" that we can use. She stays with him once and a while and he's "out front working". Then she gives me the street name, one of the busiest druggie side streets in OTR near the Shell, and all I can think is "right. He's out tendin' the garden? ". Gotta love a SW with a sense of humor. In the end, we find a quite side street away from OTR for a good BBBJCIM for. 25. I'd repeat but not sure I'd make the FS investment here.

I also noticed that LE was virtually non-existent. Cora mentioned that the whole department moved up to Avondale looking for the jerks throwing bircks at school buses visiting the Zoo. As soon as that's over. They'll be back I'm sure so don't get cocky (about LE that is).

Had an opportunity to run through OTR Thursday morning early (around 6:15am) and noticed our new Latina looking SW was sittin' on her usual door step at Elm/Henry. Otherwise, the entire neighborhood was dead, dead and dead in that order. Unfortunatly, no time to stop but 3-4 sightings in a week tells me she's new to the area and for real. If anyone know her, it's time to speak up! :-)

I had a return trip to Cinci for the first time in a while. OTR was different, not as much action and not as much of it good....BUT...

I spotted a girl (WSW) this AM that I'd seen hanging out at the gas station by the White Castle in Covington the night before. Circled, picked her up, talked, and drove up on the hill for a quick BBBJ. She wasn't anxious to finish it, but was friendly and "chatty" so I didn't get mad and just took her back. She was amazed that I recognized her. I was amazed she'd gone from Covington to the OTR in about 6 hours.

Minutes later I spotted Jennifer (Jenny) by the Shell station, picked her up, and wow what a find. I didn't see prior posts on her, but I thought she was very pretty, tall trim, wsw, reddish blonde hair, very sweet and VERY skilled. $30 BBBJ and one of the best I've had. Parked with her in teh exact spot I'd been in 20 minutes prior. Afterwards, she took me on a tour of the OTR and showed me exactly where she likes to hang out. Nice...very nice.

The last times I'd been in the OTR, I connected a few times with a pretty blonde named Charlotte. I found out where she lived and picked her up a few times. Jenny was as pretty, but taller. No idea where Charlotte went.

I have gotten some criticisms both on the board and by PM for posting my cruising map. Remember that I posted a similar map a year or so ago... Here, if necessary, is my defense (alluded to in my previous post):

LE patrols all over the OTR area which I posted. We see them everywhere, right? And SWs do not magically disappear from view when LE drives by. Do we think LE is less able to spot SWs than we are? Do they not know the places the SWs are most likely to do the walk? Indeed, don't they know who they are as well, or better than we?

If my map gives them info they did not have previously, I apologize to fellow mongers. But wouldn't that mean that uncle LEO is even more dim witted than we thought. I give LE more credit than that, deserved or not. I fail to see how my map is of significant benefit to LE.

So--to both the old timers who are alarmed, and even the rank novices who question my post--do you REALLY think I have given info which was new to LE? If so, sorry. I constantly struggle with how much or how little info to post on this board. Take a look at other boards to see how detailed their posts are. They are much more explicit than mine. This includes cities the size of Cincinnati, or even smaller. I say this because it has been suggested that because Cincinnati is "a small town," we shouldn't post detailed info.

Actually, I would like to see a map LE would post!!! There was a guy in Columbus a while back who knew how to collect info on busts of SWs for soliciting, and he mapped them on a city map. Is there anyone who knows how to do that for Cincinnati and would be willing to do THAT for us?

My two cents...

There's absolutely nothing wrong with posting that map. LE drives the area 24/7. Much more than any of us (I assume). They know what's going on. Anyone that thinks othewise is naive. If someone thinks that posting the map somehow puts them at risk in being spotted by LE, then they aren't taking the appropriate level of percautions. LE already watches the traffic. If they see the same car turn right at Elm and McMikken twice while they're sitting in the nearby lot, they will usually pull out and folllow it. They assume you're either cruising for drugs or hookers.

We just had this same argument on this board for my home area. Fortunately, reason prevailed, and we're still getting decent information posted (although no details that would put a provider in jeopordy).

I saw someone that might have been her a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday morning, but she was sitting on Dunlap near Henry. She looked good, but given the reputation on that street for TS, I didn't stop (there were two others on the street at the same time).

Looks like she just paces Henry to walk off the boredom. Nothing about her has that over the top "girly" thing I usually connect with the OTR TS crowd. I also see her hanging around shootin' the chit with some of the old guys who sit on the west side of Elm in their lawn chairs most of the day. While they seem pretty harmless, they don't look much like the local adopt-a-TS kind of crowd. My money says she's the real thing and it appears that I'll need to TOFTT over the next couple weeks to verify. :-)

I think your logic is right on target and, as I said before, I support sharing this level of information. I'm sure LE knows the name, rank and serial number of everyone "working" their area. I'm in OTR probably 2 hours a week max and I know most of the faces & places. They're in OTR 8-10 hours a DAY 4-5 days/week. With what they know they could probably teach us a lesson or two. Why would you post something like this in the forum? Only to help other mongers. And that's a pretty good reason. Thanks.

I end up in several cities for work so I keep up with some of the other forums. There's a lot more information (including pictures) floating around most of them. Both bigger and smaller cities. Take a look at Indy, Philly, or Baltimore as couple examples.

Obviously, it's possible that there's just more activity in those cites but I think it's that there is more openness among the members and more of a sense of community among the mongers. I know. Sounds a little weird. But you can tell those guys know their girls, know their neighborhoods, and seem to know each other. We're still getting there in Sinsinnati and folks like G being willing to share what they know can only help. End of philosophical BS:.)

I looked at the Clerks site thinking about the bust map (no pun intended) and doesn't look like there's an easy way to do this. Columbus guy may have had inside access to the court records or the county up there has a different kind of search capability. The only way I could figure out to do it here is a day-by-day reading of the records and that gets old real fast. Great idea but unless someone can figure out how to do an easy search by charges (it may be there and I just missed it), I don't see this one happening.

Because Henry is a "hotbed," (don't you love it?), often with lots of possibilities, be VERY careful. I know of mongers who have been pulled over on Henry just because they had a girl in the car. LE hassled them, told the guy he would haul him in if he saw him there again, gave the girl the 3rd degree. For this reason, I do not even mark Henry on my cruising map.

FIRST, before even thinking about making a pick up, note all possible LE in the visual range (city, sheriff or unmarked...). Then, as for ALL areas, catch her eye, and pull out of sight onto a side street where you are unlikely to be observed. Henry is NOT a good bet for this.

Went to Angel Body Rubs, which isn't really a place but more like meeting one of their girls in KY and finding a motel. Saw one of their girls and got a body rub for 250. Pretty over priced for what you get. Decent looking girl, but not great value for the money. No FS, no french, but happy ending provided. They advertise in CL.
