I would only suggest that the rest of us ignore this guy. After all, one of his original posts was about organizing (or reorganizing) the board and the information.-as if it would really matter on the street. Lots of comments but little contribution. Yeah, the board needs more members like this.

You are just wrong man, back in January in all of the Colts vs. Ravens fever of the playoffs; I Big Red insulted Chelli4me and most of Indianapolis. Now I could have a lot of excuses but I was just being an asshole. Chelli4me protested in public and in a civil manner and also pointed out that information can be shared with out being an asshole. Chelli was right, I agreed and apologized and he was a gentlemen through out the entire incident.
I have been following his posts since then and he provides good intel with great pictures. Now I am not following anybody or stroking any thing, Chelli4me is one of the good guys, a soild poster and a gentleman.

95 Arrested In 3-Day Sweep
INDIANAPOLIS -- A three-day crackdown on prostitutes on Indianapolis' east side netted dozens of arrests, according to police.
Undercover officers arrested 95 people, including 37 arrests on Sunday night, 6News' Jack Rinehart reported.
Police concentrated the sweep along the Washington Street corridor, between Emerson and Shadeland avenues.
The effort was a collaboration involving Indianapolis Metro police's northeast and southeast districts in response to neighborhood complaints.
Vice officers targeted prostitutes and their patrons alike.
"I walked past a pretty lady, winked -- self-inflicted stupidity," said Mark Conklin. "That's my story and I'm sticking with it."
One of those arrested on Monday night was a girl who had just turned 16 this month.

Man I thought something was weird going on the last few days. I have seen a Sheriffs van sit back on the little one way road North west of the bus stop on Emmerson and Washington. I was driving around looking and it was eaither dead or some to good to be trues everywhere.I was headed back home and I stopped to get something to drink at the circle K toward Shadeland and I saw this 8-9 (BSW) from a far on the pay phone in a red halter top and jeans. I thought na to good to be true so I came around and sit by the road for a min to see whats shakes and she throws her paper pad down on the ground and bends over to get it so I could see her ass.She finally come over and says can she use my phone to call her drug and achohol person. I say sure. Some Jack ass starts to honk and cut in type shit as she is standing at my window. I am looking around to flip him off or something and she says are you nurvous and I say na just seeing whats going on. Then she says can I take her down to Mcdonalds to get a shake so I thought it was cool.She jumps in and off we went.All the normal chit chat and come to find out she use to dance at PT's and had a nice set of store bought fun bags.All in all we make are way over to a nice shade tree in a close by parking lot did out agreed upon deed.A jackson for bbbj and she pull out and ol boy spit all over her fun bags witch was kinda different. Dropped her off at the s--line..

It's nice to see that the police are targeting prostituition on the eastside. I do find it odd however that they do nothing about it in my neighborhood (Grace Tuxedo Park) they are just steering it here. It's the same thing they do with the drug dealers so I guess I shouldn't be surpirsed.

I was out last night on East 10th, Michigan, New York and Washington. It was the wierdest night of cruising I can remember. Either girls were getting pushed into new territory and or got a gift card to the mall (nice clothes) or the sting is still on. You know what they say "if iyou think it is too good to be true it probably is". I might have been overly observant but I don't recall seeing SWs hanging out in pairs in the past. I also don't recall them all carrying purses... I also don't recall them all walking around or checking in with their "man". There was a lot of baiting by the "SWs" going, I only saw one that I thought might be "legit". There was women all over the place and I would circle to take a look and they would just vanish, then a new pair of SWs would appear or a SW with her man. Needles to say I drove around and observed their behavior and went home. Any of our friend on her get caught up in this crackdown? Hopefully not.
I was out again tonight. Dry as a bone. I finally found a WSW named Amberly. We start up a conversation. I bring up potentially going back to my hotel. She is not to bad on the scale, said she was 22 and a spinner. Decided to go to a house she said was good. Get there and things are a bit odd but things are going OK. She gets naked has a spinner of a body, she is talking about how she likes anal (that gets my money) then she starts looking for a condom. Needless to say it broke down from there. But remember she was up for going to the hotel (I backed out of that because it was to high of profile hotel downtown) that is why I trusted the situation she was leading me into. Next, she walks out of the room in a robe "going to look for a condom" then about a minute later this scraggly haired dick head comes in shouting at me trying to intimidate me. I had slipped my clothes back on because I suspected something was up. He then points at some picture and asks if I was messing with his women (apparently he has two of them working this scam becuase he pointed at the wrong one). After I assessed the situation. I got back in this guys face and backed him down. I got half my money back (says all he had). He didn't admit the scam, just said he would get the $ out of her. I was smoking mad. I think if I would have found her I would have laid a beating on her (I did drive around for an hour hoping she would turn up). This dickhead new he had met his match and he had no back up, just a loud voice. After I reviewed the night I guess I should consider myself lucky. There was so many police out tonight that I should have just gone home after the first round showed the heavy presence and the lack of talent. As usual the little head thinks for the big head way to much. This happened right around the Sherman/New York area. Good luck Indy. You guys are going to need it from what I could see.

I follow CL regularly but can't recall seeing any mention of a TV sting at 75th & Shadeland...what forum and when was that posted?
I have also noticed these postings in the indy casual encounters CL ads. I read one that stated he was sent to the address and there were other mongers there. As he returned home he was greeted with emails stating that they had him on camera. Seems odd to me!

Chelli is the best poster we have on this board. I've been on here for 4 years now and in that time it was mostly his posts that 1. taught me the routes and 2. Taught me the etiquette. I consider myself a seasoned Indianapolis monger now and it's mostly because of his intel and knowledge of the city and it's SWs. I've had parhaps 100 pickups in 4 years now....have seen 3 stings....and have never been pinged by LE. Becasue of Chelli I know where the best spots are, can sometimes achieve a positive ID on a girl because he previously took a pic and posted it, and I know how to handle vice.
He's a gentleman and the best of us on this board. You should apologize joe.

Based on the subsequent postings, imho it was not a "professional" sting...I think it was kids who know enough to be dangerous.
