STREET OBSERVATION:

In Hartford, yes.

Alpha is only allowing current members in. The used to allow new members on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. When I spoke with them the other day they said they are not accepting new members. They stated that maybe sometime in mid-September they would take new members again.
