Definitely seeing that increase in providers, though they are usually easy to spot.
Right now, the numbers are a bit lower at NCSU and UNC but still some legit college girls there. It can just be hard to deal with their immaturity at times.

She feigns emotional attachment, provides a plausible story as to why she needs help, and the next thing you know, you can't get her out. Once she moves some things in, gets her mail there, and parks her car in your driveway she has legal rights to stay. Think eviction proceedings, significant legal expense, embarrassment, and a long process.

I was always told that since NC does not have common law marriage you have no right to stay in a home where you are not on the lease, don't have a lease agreement or are not on the mortgage. You can get mail sent anywhere, even without permission of the property owner. I think eviction only applies when there is a formal agreement. AFAIK in cases where 2 people are on the lease for an apartment you can't evict the other person and if the apartment does pursue eviction preceedings it is against everyone on the lease not one person.
The simple solution though is to never let someone you pay for sex move in with you and avoid the temptation to put them in a home in your name or provide them with anything else in your name.

Once she has clothes and belongings in its pretty much in her favor. Probably different in each state but I've known guys put out of their own homes by girls who have lived there for a very short time and filed domestic violence reports and the guy is out till the hearing. So if one just can't live without her moving in then be prepared to go by whatever domestic laws are in your state. Once she is moved in its looked at like a bf / gf situation. I agree with this for the most part and always assume there are other SD's involved, which does not bother me in the least as I don't demand (or want to pay for) exclusivity. We aren't looking for girlfriends or monogamous relationships on here, so expect that mentality to go both ways with regards to the SB's. Girls will of course say that for obvious reasons, though.
That said, if a younger girl has just created her account and says she's new I would be more inclined to believe her. - Remember SA is a marketplace, sometimes the market goes higher and sometimes it goes lower. You might just be in a rising market.
- Most times it depends on the SB's you are approaching. Desirable traits such as youth, looks, experience, body type, ethnicity, etc generate a lot more interest from SD's = higher meet prices.
- This is a negotiation. I've met plenty of SB's that open at a range higher than what I'm willing to pay then lower it afterward, allowing the arrangement to happen. If you have any game then use it and close the deal.
- Are you offering a one time meet or an ongoing arrangement. Many girls will go lower per meet if you are meeting weekly, something I like to do.
- When girls start on the site they have an idea of what a SD SHOULD be in their mind (think Christian Grey) and they are flooded with offers (some real and some bs) so their sense of worth is at its highest. Once some time has passed reality hits them and many lower their asking price. Some will not.
- There are a lot more factors imo, but mostly remember that this is a numbers game! There are MANY more SB's in this area than there are SD's, so if one or ten or twenty don't like your budget simply go to the next one or lower your expectations.

I might offer more if I catch the attention of an outstanding A girl, but $$ has been good for me for many A-B girls. My two cents based on a number of years of experience:
1. Anyone offering more than $$ per meet is a fool and sucker. Supply and demand and if you have many SB contacts and monitor the desperation of their communications, you KNOW the supply is abundant. If it's an overnight and they are exceptional, I might go more. Many girls will follow up with me and do not even care if I offer an allowance sometimes. They just want to hookup. It happens. So unless you're really like some slob, or nasty, you can find girls into you. Anything goes on the site. The supply is insane and offering too much just ruins it for them and all us.
2. Anyone paying a girl for a meet and greet a dime is a man fool. Lots of girls like to try and play that game. Do not fall for it. You're fool if you do. It's sugar for sugar, period. I don't need to pay some girl for simply having a drink, or dinner. Fuck that! I pay her for her alone time, but not sex either. I only go with girls who would want the sex regardless of sugar.
