I don't know whether or not your gf is hobby or non hobby related but if she has your child I can tell you the #1 thing that will mess a child up (and if it's a girl a likely future part of this hobby sadly) if you neglect to take an active role in their life.

If the gf stayed around I think at least as long as you agree to co-parent and stay involved with the kid but not commit to her you might be able to navigate the situation so that you avoid child support.

Even if they don't get a conviction. They will have a hard time proving it. Since you nailed it. No one forced anyone.

Small fish I been saying that for years. The old bawdy place or pimping charges they used before trafficking. Any of the hotel owner or operators could be charged with those.
