I don't have any firsthand knowledge-but anytime anything is for sale on craiglist and you have to pay up front before the goods or services are provided-it usually is a scam. And if it isn't I would be afraid of showing up to a proverbial sausage fest. Please enlighten us if you choose to attend.

Granted, she is leasing space inside a hair salon but there was no hint of any extras what-so-ever and she did nothing at all close to teasing. Plus at the end of the massage she did one of those prayers before thanking me indicating the massage was over. I'm tempted to give her one more shot as she is nice and attractive but she just doens't strike me as someone who gets involved in that sort of thing. And I'm a long time veteran of the hobby myself.

You will get an email Thursday night or Friday morning telling you the name of the hotel.
You will be instructed to call the number provided but not from that hotel parking lot. Then the will be directed to another hotel nearby and told where to park (out back or wherever they can see you coming). You call again. Someone meets you at the downstairs door and collects the fee. You will go to the room.
In the room there will likely be 6 other guys that paid $100 fee. Some porn on the tv. In the adjacent room (the "play room") , there will be a 3 or 4 people. Maybe more than one of them will be female. If you are really lucky, she will be under 50 and not shitfaced. They host 2 parties a day (maybe noon and 8 pm)
