Trust me when I tell you there have been quite a few that have said that and after you cuddle with them for 15-20 minutes and a connection is made then closing everything else come off. Just my experience though. And don't get me wrong there are some who are strictly platonic and mean what they say but my experience says those are few and far between.

The ones that add a standard disclaimer in the post are a hit and miss. Some do allow and some don't. But in my experience, if they say it in strong language, it usually is true.
