It didn't last long before it went downhill again. I agree it's a joke even to navigate through their crappy ads. AS was better but now downhill big time.

Thank you for the follow-up I appreciate it but unfortunately I have sent in at least 10 requests for assistance that way but never get a response at all. Truly frustrating!
