Some will get phones because they can think about Winter.
Some will get busted either for shelter or because the cold makes their thinking even less coherent.
I know Florida cold is not like the cold in Buffalo, Bismark or Chicago, but it is cold relative to what those of us who live here year in year out get used to our normally wonderfully warm climate.

Yes, Rhonda is still around. I get a text from her once in a blue moon asking if I would like to spend time with her. She's more reliable than most and will work with you. I happen to have not seen her in a while, but I would repeat.

But I believe they've moved back into lockdown mode for who gets to be a guest at the hotel.
Last week they were bringing them' in for dink stuff like trespass, now it takes a battery, FTA, or something to get dragged in.
If a worker is out in this cold and not sufficiently dressed she will appreciate getting into a warm car (or room). This also presents an immediate opportunity to low-ball her. Who wants to get back out into the cold breeze and "twirl their sign" some more.
If a worker is all bundled up and prepared for walking in the windy chilly weather, it is more difficult to tell what she looks like and her body type. On the other hand it is a good way for a worker to go somewhat incognito and not be recognized by her neighborhood while working. A brand new worker could use that cover.
