Those are interesting thoughts. But people have been falling asleep / nodding off for years before fentanyl hit the streets. Maybe some of them are hitting the fentanyl. But an even larger amount of them are just dope heads. Heroine is a central nervous system depressant. It makes you nod out / fall asleep. That's not due to the drugs being laced with fentanyl. For me personally I've always had great success with BSW. Some of my best sex ever was with BSW's. BSW's have no care for how much money you throw at them, they'll whimsically refuse to get you off if they please. Sometimes abruptly, this happens way more with them for sure.
