That sucks you pulled a dud, but they do pop up from time to time. Give them another try with girls who've been there longer and know how to treat clients. In my experience the AMPs don't turn on the sauna until they start your shower so it's not heated up to provide any benefit. And I get it cause it's expensive to keep one heated all day long. I have used the one at Kyoto and it's never hot. But I've just been cleaned so don't want to get sweaty before I even start the adventure haha.
