But there's a few bigger grey areas to consider. Yes, many Airbnb locations have nosey neighbors and cameras. Just like all hotels have front desk clerks and cameras. But just like many hotels, many B&Bs don't care as long as the revenue is there. Ha, kinda like finding a dog sitter or walker. You might use an app to find someone good, but the next time you need them, you go directly to the person you hired the last time and bypass the app fee. Kinda like bypassing the Air part of a B&B experience.

Not saying anyone in particular is doing this, but I know a few that do. The owners or managers of some of these B&Bs love bypassing the app and getting paid in cash with no taxes.
