I was out and about last night, and swung by the west end loop. This was about 915. Didn't see anyone out. Did Uncle LEO come by earlier and pick them up?

Did the drive by, was in the area mid-afternoon. Quite a few fellow mongers out, probably attributed to the streets being pretty clear in addition to higher LEO activity. Did not see anything to dream about on Park or Broad. Pizza place was quiet. Went south and drove for a while. Found WSW with a bag looking around. Passed her initially since she was looking obvious and did not want to get spotted by LEO. Came back on a second pass and picked her up in a less obvious spot. Said her name was Zenada (sp?). Told me that was her real name, cannot confirm yet. She said she was 29. Probably correct. Definitely a spinner-type, WSW. A little more meat on the bones than others. She has a lot of marks on her face, which I did not see from far away. She was pretty forthcoming and said she has a habit and wants to get out. She says it is starting to wear on her, and I can agree. When it came to business, asked for the standard menu options, offered. 4 for BBBJ and cfs. I am sure there is more on the menu if you ask, I stay away from BBFS with the walkers. She was better with the BBBJ than others I have picked up, she moved her hand around a bit and had ok suction. Nothing great, but it was good to get to attention. On with the cover, she was not wanting to hop over to do cg and she did not want get in the back seat since she was nervous about LEO. Since I did not want to do the standard mish, decided to push for k9. She agreed since she did not want to take her leggings off all the way. Kinda weird, I guess she was spooked. Another dirty SW, actually had dried blood on her foot and a sizable cut around her ankle. Kind of a turnoff, initially, but I blocked it out to finish the job. Nothing too smelly for fragrance. It was awkward to do k9 in the front, knocked on the backdoor a couple times, did not proceed, but who knows? She may let you. She is not tight by any means, but I could feel her grip a bit. She got into it a bit, a little noise, seemed to enjoy a little of the action. Pulled out and had her do a CBJ for a couple more minutes and then back to k9 where I finished in the cover. Not a bad experience, though the habit marks, dried blood, and dirty limbs was a bit of a negative. She is easy to talk to, kept saying she hopes to go to rehab to get out of the game. Seems to have a heart since she mentioned she likes to help others out on the streets, may be just a made up story. I may repeat, but may not depending on the other options available. Fellow mongers, there were a few regular SW out yesterday afternoon on the two heavily walked streets. I saw a couple standing outside the bodega on W, kept looking around, but chatting with a handler / friend and did not approach my car even though I was obvious I wanted a date. Maybe they weren't SW, I guess I may not always have the best judgment between working and non-working girls. Both latinas, one 20's, one late 20's with a little baby fat in sweats. They ended up walking down an alley back into the apt above the shop. Usual BSW bbw lady that walks and lingers around the bond, usually wearing a dress. Found one in a bright red outfit towards the Dollar turned around facing oncoming traffic looking directly at passing cars. Pretty obvious and probably would have gotten picked up by LEO. Saw Elise out, wasn't sure if I wanted to see her and she wound up getting pick up by another monger immediately after she got food from the truck. Oh well. Did not see any other young spinners yesterday.

I can't figure this out. Last Fri girl got busted on Putnam St for a misdemenor. Like trespassing or something. She got busted end of May on a Prostitution charge still pending.

Hartford PD gave her $50000 bail. This is the second $50000 prostitution charge bail since Sept 22. That was Amanda.

Anyway this girl can't make the 50000 so she is held in Hartford PD lockup for the weekend. Sat they increase the bail to $1 million. Still only misdemenor charges.

She goes to court yesterday an Judge reduces bail to $200500. Where she sits at the beach with Amanda.

I look up CT Juditial today an still no felony charges. Makes no sense.

Anyway she is active on W. She uses both Natalia an Melissa for names. Hispanic 5 foot 3 about 95 lbs brown straight hair 27 YO.

I picked her up 2 or 3 times in spring an early summer. Car date for $30. Anyone else know her an have any idea why the high bail for both of them?

She got caught again on the 400 block of Franklin. Second time in 4 months. Amanda had been near there last month too.

For that high a bail, she's into something else major, guaranteed. They are probably conducting an investigation and have not yet filed charges. Bail is at the discretion of the judge.
