Bouncer shot dead at Shooter's Alley
I read in the news that a pro wrestler bouncer working at Shooting' alley was killed by a couple of unruly customers who were thrown out and returned with a gun. There are always cracy people at the clubs, especailly strip clubs late nite in the weekends.
Lately there are a lot of new hot girls at Oasis. Quality has improved a lot and a lot of marginal quality girls are no longer there.
Visiting from Chicago. Reports on Pleasers, The Candy Shop, and Babes
I'm in town from Chicago and was trying to sort out the strip club scene during my week long stay here. My taste is for ebony dancers of any build.
First stop was on Friday night at Pleasers at 849 Cleveland Avenue. The parking lot was packed, but I found a spot in the back. Went in and paid the $10 cover. Security gave me a quick pat down, checked my license, and then I was good to go. Found a seat not too far from the stage. I was quite impressed with the variety of black dancers available, the most petite of whom (sorry, didn't catch the name) stopped by my table and asked if I wanted to dance. She said dances were $5 per song and any touching was restricted to her arms, legs, and hips. I asked about a VIP option, and she quoted $120. Yikes! I declined, since I didn't have that much cash on me. Also, a waitress came by in the meantime and asked if I wanted a drink. I bought a pop (soda to use your term) for $3. 00 and I gave her a dollar tip. I went for some table dances, but they wound up being uninspired air dances. Unfortunately, the DJ cuts the songs, so I racked up three dances in the time it takes to play two songs. (FYI: Some places in Chicago lack DJs but have jukeboxes which play full songs.) At any rate, I began calculating my costs thus far ($29) and decided to leave.
The next club on my list was The Candy Shop on 3548 Empire Blvd. The lot was full there as well. I found a spot in the back. They were running a special on the cover charge. Only $5. Security gave me a pat-down and I was in the door. I sat down briefly but then sauntered over by a very pretty, thick sister who said her name was Katie and I directly asked her about costs and what not. She said the VIP area was $10, and that was over and above her charge for a dance ($10 per song). I paid for about three or four dances. We had a really good time. My complaint about this club is that the music is extremely loud, so you can barely hear another person talking and your ears will be ringing by the time you leave. After I danced with Katie, I left the club and got some sleep.
Club number three was Babes, which I took in on Saturday night. Followed the directions to Fulton Industrial Blvd off of I-20. Driving southbound down that strip, I had never seen such a concentration of strip clubs anywhere! Anyway, I found that Babes (304 Fulton Industrial Blvd SW, west side of street) was actually set back from FIB proper. My GPS helped me determine that I overshot the place. Through some trial and error, I eventually found the club. A good landmark to look for is an old, abandoned hotel not far from it. Anyway, the lot was nearly full, but I found a spot not far from the door. Going inside, I paid the $10 cover. Then in the next door, security asked if I parked in the lot. I said yes and he said that that was another $10 charge! Grr. (I checked the front door after I left the club later and did not see anything mentioning this charge.) I took a seat near the stage. A dancer named Jazzy, tall (5' 9" or so) and sexy with nice breasts, asked if I wanted to dance. She said that table dances were $5. I immediately asked about VIP rooms, to which she said the cost was $30, payable to the cashier. After that was done, she provided five dances at $10 per song (she said this was the minimum number of dances if one chooses the VIP option). I actually wound up having a good time and tipped her an extra $10 for her genuine effort. She thanked me for being straight up about what I wanted. Afterwards, I went home.
Whew! Anyway, if any of you all get to Chicago, the best black strip club is called Arnies and is found in south suburban Harvey at 147th and Wood. The dancer I recommend is named Kiss. Note that the club doesn't open until 4pm and it is closed all day Sunday.
Follies on Week day nights?
Has anyone been to Follies on Weekday nights, is it any good. Is the mileage as high as the mornings or Sunday afternoons? Any input or suggestions would be great.
Thanks
