I have yet to receive a call or a text from her. No courtesy at all for other people's time. I flat out think she could care less what we think of her. I will never see her again and my wallet will stay deep in my pocket. Kelly would an apology hurt?

That said, with her rash of recent no-shows, I won't be trying to see her again. These providers need to understand that OUR time is just as valuable as theirs.

I don't care if you post your own experiences or even informed opinion, but when you start implying that everyone that disagrees with you or that has different experiences than you is lying for whatever reason, then I would ask you to stick to facts, not conjecture.
I don't know what your issue is with Kelly. If you had a bad experience, then post it and be done with it. If you had multiple NCNS, then post about each one. Then I would suggest you move on to another provider that you are happy with. When I have a bad experience with with a provider, be it bait-and-switch, NCNS, misleading photos, or just lousy service, I post about it and move on. I suggest you do the same.
