Jane was let out for a bit because she completed some in-house program, but got sent back due to not keeping up with whatever obligations she had to be back out on the street. So it could be that Jordan also did whatever program to be able to get out, despite still having pending charges in court. It still could be a fake add, but as of right now, she's no longer listed on the inmate search, unless I'm doing something wrong on my end.
