However, this goes to the root of us protecting ourselves. Its ok to send a pic if yoo have no reason to fear its release because a pic by itself can't harm you.
The thing is with the law in Ohio that makes inferring money for sex a chargeable offense you don't want to have yourself in a text string where the girl (supposed) asks for your pic, then you send it, then she asks for say, $100 for a BJ and you agree. Or she says for some amount she will be "nice" to you or something along those lines. Anything that could be considered an inference by a prosecutor. That's why I'm extremely careful about discussing money with a girl by voice or especially text or voicemail. If I know her I'm a little more open, but there is always the chance that she got busted and turned.
