At about 2:10 pm today (Tuesday), I saw a blond girl, same location, might be the same girl you mentioned. Never seen her before. She had very long blond hair, was wearing a white top, with black pants, with a small portion of calf showing. I circled around a few times, trying to make eye contact, even though she was giving the look to most of the traffic, every time I passed by she looked the other way. Clearly on purpose. I turned onto 139th st and made a uturn, I saw a white newer model dodge caravan sitting in the parking lot. It was pretty random, only vehicle there other than the salvation army vehicles, I remember thinking it was weird. And possible LEO, but for some stupid reason, I still thought I'd try to talk to her. I pulled up to to Nebraska, she was probably 100 feet away. I waited for several seconds but she just stood there perfectly still. I watched her for a while, I noticed she was most of the time standing directly in between 139th and 140th, making a pickup difficult, unless you stopped in the middle of the road. Maybe that's what she wanted. (so I could then get pulled over for stopping in the road) I gave up, and ran some errands. A few minutes later I drive by and see that same white van behind some hedges, along with several officers, across from the street where she was walking. I'm sure it was a sting. I don't talk business without a girl in the car, I might have been ok, even if I had managed to talk to her, but they def could have busted me for an illegal you-turn on 139th. I know that white van saw me do it. I don't know what "the Manchester" is, is it next to the salvation army, by those hedges I mentioned? Does the local police here have "vice nights" days of the week, where they go out in more force than others?
