The first thing I thought of when I heard that Monica would be opening her own place was, she may have to take herself out of the scene in order to become successful. If she owns the business and sees customers, not too many girls will want to work for her (that's why Chanel at Kison can be successful). Then Monica will have to work a lot harder to cover her expenses, leading to burnout. The other thing is, being a great worker doesn't necessarily translate to being a good business owner. Look at Ai and CoCo who went into partnership from Kison to Ambrosia. After two months, they had to shut down.
