Unless the lady advertises it, best to keep it to private messages. When it becomes publically known that a lady does BBFS, some guys react in one of two ways. One way is to line up and say I want some of that. If the lady isn't willing, it creates resentment. The other way some guys react is to avoid the lady all together thinking it's too risky. Either way, the lady's business suffers. So no good comes of it.

And for a cut male, your chance of getting HIV from a positive female are 1 in 3,500 if you fuck her bareback.
