If you don't write a "positive" review you won't get a reference or even worse it might get deleted, that's the catch when your reviews are used as references as well.

Furthermore, the fact that they can reply to the review means that is much easier to damage control in case someone does post an honest review from time to time.

I think I read somewhere that PD is operated and moderated by current or retired women. That's the reason that every review is 5 stars and new ATFs left and right being found. Several guys have commented that their negative or even remotely critical of a woman was being held or declined because it was not a glowing review.
