All you have to do is plug into your CPU and there's apps or you can do it the easy way. And play the video and take a screen shot and copy onto MS paint and just crop the photo. Its simple. I'm old school, I have a Canon rebel with a 300 mm lens set on auto focus. I park my heavily tinted windowed whip and snap away from the back seat. With the 300 mm lens shooting from a moving vehicle while driving is too much work for me.
