You might get a response in the Chicago thread, especially the Craigslist Advertiser Reviews sub-thread. Based on the map, the general area appears to be Jefferson Park, which is still the city. I'd be curious to know as well.

I've been to Ev on Church numerous times and it's generally pretty good. I've heard that Relax on Howard has gone downhill, but what about Relax on Elston? Ads and reviews are very upfront about services, but how does the quality compare to Ev on Church? Both are about the same distance from Skokie.
