She just got a call that Kittens will not be reopening after the shutdown. So, this is now confirmed.

The ownership changed in December. The building (like most businesses) is leased. I actually got the information about the ownership from the head bartender at the Doghouse and a stripper from Kittens. The correct place to look for the change in ownership is the Department of Revenue website. Going there shows that it was purchased by COLACURCIO, RAINEE (if you know the strip club scene, you wouldn't be surprised) on 12/19/2019.
