The folks over at BJW may have stepped in it. I was rooting around on their site and noticed that one of the photographed "Johns" was wearing a "Mongols Hollywood" vest. The Mongols are an extremely violent motorcycle gang, which has gone to war with the Hells Angles in the past. They have chapters all over the West including Hollywood and now Baltimore.
From BJW's photo's and commentary the vest wearer was completely aware that he was being photographed and ditched the SW.
Now taking photos of middle aged mongers who want nothing more than a happy ending and won't cause any real trouble is one thing. Pissing off a member of a group that revels in violence and the California attorney general has classified as "outlaw" (being outside the law) is something else. The next photos that are taken may be of the inside of someones rectum.
It's also interesting that the Mongols are operating in Baltimore, one of their big money maker operations is prostitution. Picking up the SW may not have been only for a good time.

Woke up this morning with a woody, so I decided maybe I should see a specialist and get this thing taken care of. Arrived on Conkling around 6:30 and there was nothing from Baltimore St. To Bank St. Decided to go up to the Fayette St. Area and hit the jackpot. Saw a young BSW wearing some short shorts and a top; I was wondering whether or not she was a SW so I slowed and she continued walking but looked back a couple of times. I had to pull onto Fayette and hit a u-turn back onto Conkling where I finally get a hold of her and get her in my car. Says her name is Bunny and that she has a room at the notel. Says her price is $40 (for anything? ). I wasn't in the mood to haggle and was more concerned with emptying the hose so off to the notel we went.

From the looks of her outfit her body was a winner. Nice phat ass, some C-cups and a relatively flat stomach. Of course, the real story shows when they're naked. I started out just wanting a CBJ, but when she took her clothes off and I noticed how clean her body was and how phat that ass really was, I had to opt for some doggy-style action. After a little over a minute of CBJ I asked if I could just hit from the back and she humbly obliged. I probably lasted all of about six minutes before releasing a few days worth of savings onto that ass. Fellas, it was hard for me to walk for the next two hours after that. Just watching that ass jiggle made me lose control. She wasn't the most enthusiastic but she didn't need to be; I could've cared less. Anyway, she says she's 20 and she's usually out in the early morning. Didn't get the digits (I regret not getting the digits) but I will repeat if I ever see her again. Overall she was an 8 on the SW scale. Body was an 8 (she had a couple stretch marks and one big birth mark on her waist), face was a 7, attitude was a 7 (she was relatively nice). All in all a good experience.

Had avoided the BJW discussion for a while now, mostly because I hadn't had a chance to hit the loops in the Western for a while, but after going out super late Fri night, I felt compelled to make the following comments:

1) Why are the BJW hall-monitors not out at night with their cameras? Would seem to me that the SW trade during the day blends in a lot more and would be a lot harder to "prove" were there to be a suit against "them". Another thing that I found curious was the quality/quantity of photos on the BJW site. Wouldn't a person need to be out with a 3. 5mp or higher camera with some kind of zoom to take those photos? How obvious would that have been? The one photo of the man in the side view mirror, how close would he/she have to have been to the car to get that perfect of a shot.

2) Dude, TS is sooooo Lori. The writing styles are similar, and the self-aggrandizing nature of the postings sticks out to me a lot. Referencing the "loops", referring to us as "mongers". Something smells horribly fishy.

Cruised the usual spots, found nothing, the SA was dry and the girls on S Carey were not up to par, even for 2am.

On my way out I got pulled over on Wash getting onto 95 S for a tail light being out. Sat me down on the curb and looked over the vehicle since my registration lists my address some 40 miles way ("what's a guy like you in this neighborhood at this time this far away from home? Will I find any drugs? "). Guy was nice enough, and not having picked up eliminated any chance drugs being left in the ride. Told him I just left the Block. Let me ride without even a repair order.

Hate to ask this but what are the chances of getting something from a BBBJ? I see that some of you get them all the time while others don't?

If you want this mess to go away simply flag. The admin has a grasp on what is going on, and will take the posts off and get rid of members. Just do the right thing. The web of lies will fall apart.

For those of you that didn't catch this show and happen to know Kristen, they stated that she is HEP-C positive. Hope everyone was safe with her.

Taking someones picture and posting it on a web site is not illegal.

Taking a picture of a license plate and posting it on a web site is not illegal.

Taking a picture of someones car is not illegal.

BUT.....writing stories that imply something in them that may or may not be what is the truth about what is going on in the picture can be libel.

These people at the BJW who infer from these pictures that what is going on in the pictures is prostitution are committing libel and could absolutely be sued for it.

Any one of these men in these pictures who has it written about them that they were seen picking up a woman to engage in prostitution could easily have a case against this web site for libel. Even if the pictures showed money being exchange immediately followed by a sex act and they wrote that what was going on in the picture was prostitution this still would also be libel. For the simple fact that there is no proof that what is being seen in the pictures is prostitution or perhaps something else.

Because there is no proof of anything in these pictures. And having a picture of a guy talking to or even offering a ride in his car to a woman out on the street does not make it justifiable to write false stories about what that person may or may not be doing.

These people at BJW are knowingly committing libel by its very definition:

a written or oral defamatory statement or representation that conveys an unjustly unfavorable impression b (1): a statement or representation published without just cause and tending to expose another to public contempt (2): defamation of a person by written or representational means (3): the publication of blasphemous, treasonable, seditious, or obscene writings or pictures


Publication in this case would be their posting of these stories on the World Wide Web.

Just something to think about if you are ever caught on their web site....if I were you I would consult an attorney and file a suit.

The specific libelous comments on their web site would be the use of the word "john" to describe the men in the photos and the use of the word "hooker" to describe the women in the pictures.

If these words were to be removed and everything else remained they would then be completely within their right to be posting these images and subsequent remarks because then the web site is only showing factual information but the air of inference (the libelous content) would be removed.

To show an image of a person in a car picking up another person and posting it on a web site and including the day and time of when this occurred would seem to be legal. But the moment these pictures are accompanied by inferred statements about what someone is there to do by using a particular term, in this case "john" to describe a man or "hooker" to describe a woman, the risk of committing libel has now occurred.

It is not the right of a person to state opinions that seek to damage the reputation of another and then publish these opinions on a web site in the hopes that they will do harm to that person by exposing these opinions to the public. This is exactly what libel is in place to prevent.

I don't think there are listed odds/statistics on your chances of catching an STD. Your safest bet is to assume you can catch/spread anything and use a non lubricated condom for oral. There are some persons who won't catch a damn thing, or at least anything serious. I have fallen into this category in the past, and it has humbled me for sure. The person who is the receptablce has the highest chance of catching something. Illnesses caught from BJs are rare in civi-land, but not our land. Often times, you can catch the same illness from BJ that you can from DFK. In regular instances with civis that's not much of anything, but in our world it could be twenty or more conditions due to the alarmingly high rates of existing illness and poor living conditions. You can also receive secondary infections/parasites from her hands and hair. If you are clear now without any open sores/symtoms, you might end up with one of these. You can also get infections/parasites from secondary sources to your thighs, stomach, testicles, penis, and pubic hair.

-Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Herpes, Chancroid, HPV, Chlamydia, Trichomoniasis, Hepatitis A + B from primary sources(mouth lips tongue).
-Lice, Scabies, Chancroid, HPV, MRSA from secondary sources(hands, arms, face, hair, bedding)
-you can also get many different rashes and fungus which can be temperamental.

If you think you may have run across something, you should get checked out. I know it's a pain in the ass and quite embarrassing, but it's important to catch this stuff early. Track infections are the most prevalent problem for men concerning the urethra and urinary track, and you can even get one from a dirty tap line(local pub) or Thai tea from your local Thai restaurant. You have to go through all of the other tests first. I miss diagnosed myself twice with UTI, and was actually sweating bullets both times in the office. The first time I put it off when I knew I had symptoms. I ended up waiting until I had a 104 fever, stomach was so cramped I could barely walk, and was passing out. Test came back UTI, and she said it was extremely common. Hope this info gives you an idea. Be safe out there.

Miss BJW from the BJW site has been in Europe attending a fag wedding this past week, so no recent photos from her.

Lolitaman is correct on what he posted. I have no idea who the BJW people are but I read the post "They Must Stay At Holiday Inn Or Something" and a response to "Public Info" and it is clear that the people running the website have not consulted a competent attorney and have never actually dealt with a libel lawsuit. It appears they have read a few websites and watched Judge Judy and feel comfortable that it is the final word on how things in an actual civil case would go.

One has to be very confident of his evidence if one claims a defense of truth (or any other of the various defenses to libel), because if it turns out you don't actually have truth on your side the harm (from the libel) becomes aggravated (i.e. bigger damage potential). Bad defense if you are unfamiliar with the evidence requirements to pull it off, which by judging by their posts they don't know what evidence would be required to get it thrown out on those grounds.

Given how hard it is for law enforcement and prosecutors to prove an actual act of prostitution (this statement assumes defendants don't plead guilty or make incriminating statements which is usually the case for prostitution arrests rather than solid evidence), using that as part of a defense of truth is highly risky and not advisable.


One thing that these guys don't realize which is probably due to the fact that they have never been sued before is that even if you win you will usually not leave whole as a defendant. When someone sues you for a substantial sum or accuses you of something of a great magnitude, you can't just brush it off or think the media will save you. You can be 100% right and lose a case because you don't know the law, the rules and procedures of the court, or you can't afford someone to know and do all of this for you (not to mention that a majority of lawyers are incompetent and can mess up your case even though you are paying them a lot of money). Having a lawsuit for a substantial sum hanging over your head for a year or two is not fun. It begins to affect your entire life and you can't wait until it is over.

In any case, there are so many finer details to the whole "whether or not I can be sued for libel and win" scenario that it is absolutely silly to discuss it online (arguing law online is pretty dumb period). Their biggest safety from anything bad happening civilly to them is the fact that most individuals don't sue when they threaten to sue. If however, one of the persons pictured on that site ever got around to suing (this includes the men, the women, the alleged drug dealers, and that Sean guy they posted randomly for some reason) BJW should take it very seriously. You never want to lose a civil case. Either win or settle out of court. If you go to court and lose you messed up bad. I certainly see several very good fronts and arguments they could be attacked on.

Good thing for them this has nothing to do with me. I like suing people and companies (seriously), particularly smug people (they can do what they are doing without being smug and without committing libel), and definitely would if this affected me in anyway since settlements or outright wins are usually sure things when going up against ignorant middle-class people who own homes or small-businesses (as they appear to portray themselves as). And an overwhelming majority of middle-class people are completely ignorant of the law and also ignorant of determining whether they have hired an attorney who knows what they are doing. Bad idea to be ignorant when you own assets that you are fond of or when you have a regular & legal job.


By the way I noticed that the BJW site people seem to be very hesitant about their real identities being known. If anyone is [b]seriously[/b] interested in the legal procedure to go about identifying them send me a PM (or ask Terra, he seems like he/they may have done this before).

Anybody (whether their picture was posted on the site or not) can do this to obtain the full identities of the people posting (including the people posting comments). Hell the technique can be used to identify people on this website for that matter. That would be the first step to a lawsuit against them. You don't need a lawyer to find out who they are, although it would make it easier. It should be cheap to get a lawyer to do this as well (most PIs should also know how to do it too). Hell, you should be able to hire a PI or lawyer online to do it for you for a very reasonable price (pay a flat fee not some rip-off hourly rate). I know some of you guys have a lot of time so if you are serious about challenging these guys you can definitely do it (most likely no one will though).

Don't ask me if you just want to know in general, but don't want to do it. Do your own research if you are curious. Don't ask me to do it for you or participate in anyway. And don't ask me for advice on whether you should do it or not. Not my battle. I probably will only tell very few people if any as the last thing I want is for someone like the BJW people or other deranged forum members to turn it around on guys posting on this forum, so don't feel bad if I don't reply.

P.S. - Good to see Terra is still pushing that idea of a monger network (more subtlety this time around). I hope some people are stupid enough to take him up on his offer. Maybe it will prove to be a good lesson for everyone on the sidelines who are curious about his offer, but not brave enough to join up.

P.P.S. - For clarification I do not know if Terra is a law enforcement agent or agents or whether or not he or others are conducting an investigation of any sort, nor am I suggesting any such thing. I am also not giving anyone any advice in this post. All statements made in this post are statements of opinion.

Seeing BJW in court fighting a libel suite would be music to my ears. But it is just too much work and too much money. I'd be happy if a few of us would snap picures of some Pigtownite photographers and publish them on USSG with captions such as "Fat Homly Pigtown Woman snaps picture of alleged prostitute. "Could it be USSG has found the BJW photographer?

If anybody posts a good quaility picture, I'll buy that man a beer at the block. No, I'll buy that man's dancer a beer at the block.
