My understanding is it has to get in the blood. An open cut or sore can do it. Also male to female is easier to transmit then female to male.

Who do you guys talk to about your exploits? I know it's a weird question but it hit me yesterday sitting in traffic after a an unbelievable session with an agency girls. I have no one to "brag" to about what just went down.
