They're probably not expecting to get chummy with anything of that caliber, but you have to have at least something to show them.
Good afternoon gentlemen. I will be visiting your fair city in January and would like to request any information on good hotels you may have. I've been to your city before but it has been 10 years. I will be staying Thursday through Sunday and would like to stay middle of the strip (if that's a good idea). I have been hobbying for 20 years. Love asian massages and street walkers but would like to find casino girls as well. Not sure if I'm getting a rental car yet. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

Planet Hollywood, Harrahs and Excalibur have all been mentioned several times as best places to stay. I am sure there are a few more. Depending if you are coming during the week or weekend can make a big difference in cost.
The rates are dirt cheap on Hotwire but the taxes and resort fee are what gets you. So I called PH to see if they could make me a better deal and they comped me 3 days (during the week) and a $50 table credit, so I all I had to do was pay resort fee and taxes. My net cost for 3 nights is like $30. Ridiculous.
Might take you up on your offer in Cinci sometime.
You are probably right Vex, but there have been plenty of times I have went to see hot strippers and settled for something significantly less attractive cause I was horny and the strippers were unattainable.
I am thinking that some of these ladies just want to get pile driven after watching a show like the ones mentioned. They are in Vegas, just seen a show that made them horny and they have been drinking. I like my chances in that environment! The thing is they are probably not going to be hot MILF's but average looking Cougars at best.

Where you stay depends on your budget. Bellagio is my first choice if budget constraints aren't a problem. Get a room overlooking the fountains. It should be a bucket list for everyone. Don't stay at Caesars unless you're willing to pay dearly to upgrade your room. Mid tier, I would recommend Mirage. If you're on a budget, I would highly recommend Flamingo. The Flamingo has really improved the last few years and they seem to be renovating the entire hotel. If you get a strip view to the South, you can get a decent view of the Bellagio fountains. The alley on the North side of the Flamingo underwent a really nice revtalization with lots of bars, restaurants, and live music. I am pretty sure Southwest flies out of Cincy. There rates for flight and hotel cannot be beat. You can also book a rental car through them but probably can get a better deal through Hotwire as others have mentioned. I book the rental car through Southwest more out of convenience rather than trying to save a few bucks. They book through the airport rental facilty which is a free and easy shuttle to and from the airport. I would highly recommend a rental. You get a whole new world of possibilities opened up to you. I hardly ever dine on the strip. Vegas has tons of good restaurant options and things to do such as Red Rock, Hoover Dam, Old Vegas, the Las Vegas Speedway, and of course Asian incalls or massage parlors. You also can't go wrong with a well reviewed asian escort.

Also, why would you need to upgrade a room at CP? The basic rooms look pretty nice.

Thank you Zappa and VBGent for the help. Me and my buddy decided to take a trip there on a whim for the sole purpose of mongering. I will try your trick of calling the casino / hotel of getting a rock bottom rate so that we can maximize our mongering potential. And I believe we may rent a car to check out Trop and Flamingo (Maybe get lucky and find a Latina or asian chick.

The fountains are more for aesthetics but the hookers seem to appreciate the view. The view and sound from above is nicer than street level. For some reason the Fountains sound more like fireworks booming inside your room which is not an issue because they stop them before I go to sleep. The first time I went I booked the cheapest room which was not fountain view. The twenty dollar trick and a little Zappa smooth talk got me the fountain view. The second time I went they comped me the fountain view. The twenty dollar trick can also get you a decent rental car upgrade. It can never hurt to ask. I always book the cheapest rental and hit the guys up on the lots. Some will take the cash and others will not but I have always gotten the free upgrade. Just be real friendly and ask. For some reason this doesn't work with the people working the counter. They can only charge you for the upgrade but the dudes on the lots seem to have more leeway.
As far as Caesars goes, I have not stayed there but know people that have. They got a decent rate but if you are familiar with Ceasars there are a lot of different areas and it is all chopped up. Their view was of some noisy AC Units and a roof top and the room was nothing special. If you can afford $250+/night, you might get something better. They asked for the upgrade and were denied.

Thanks to advice from some of you kindly Gentleman and some research I have the startings of a good plan for my short visit to Vegas I believe.
My goals as mentioned where:
1 - Play date with a Pro / reviewed lady.
2 - Play time with a Casino Girl.
3 - Play time with a Non-Pro Cougar.
The well Reviewed possibilities include:
- Leah Love.
- Dream of Angel.
- Aubrey James.
I have contacted these ladies to see who might be available when and will try and book in advance.
Casino Girl.
Sounds like as a starting point the Tropicana, Excalibur New York-New York, MGM and walkways between seem to be a good place to locate ladies who might offer negotiable affections. I have heard of the Law Enforcement check but will need to establish more to find out what this is and if its for my benefit, hers or both.
