As I'm close to the area I did a quick recon of the place and thre are A LOT of peeping eyes as the place was packed. On the far side of the place (by I-71 and ramp) there was a group of men looking like they were going over cinstruction plans on bed of truck and another doing repairs. BUT what spike my spidey-sense a bit was a did another drive buy an hour later and those men were all still where they were previously. Though I saw no police vehicles or unmarked cars (easy to spot) I decided to pass. Granted the prices seem about right as don't usually police stings have low ball offers to dube the idiots?
So if you want to TOFTT, go ahead and report back. Though getting a repsonse from them can take multiple tries.

If by Anglos you mean white, then they were that. So with that and it being Red Roof which seems to be LEO's go to place. I'd say just avoid at all costs.
