Refers to place that have fake pics, you contact handler, you go to room, and random draw. If price is medium / low, good chance older provider and sometimes not good.

I'll say that Tina / Cherry ACS sort of not real ACS as you can request provider by name and almost all times you get who you asked for (I've seen some say they didn't, but I always have at that location). If you add the age cap to that, then your options will definitely be decreased considerably.

The more particular preferences you have, the more limited your options will be. However saying that the hobby as a whole is dead might be a bit of a harsh overstatement.
