Usually these operations begin in the evening, this is one of the few that I've seen during the day. Evidently, they had a decoy out from Noon to 6 pm. Which when you think about it, 6 hours plus planning etc for 6 john arrests, not very productive. I was out that day, didn't see anything out of the ordinary.
