I made a new account and it worked until I loaded up the same credit card. So I assume they are tracking credit card, or only tracking IP address with known credit cards. Pure speculation, I am not an IT person in the least.

I agree. She's got the game, and she's not playing it for a mutual benefits. First she said she had some crap going on in her life.
