Carrier is blocked off at Kirkman due to construction. Recommend turning right on Precision Drive (the last right turn on Kirkman before Carrier Drive). This will lead you right into the the strip mall and VIP.

I have been in your fair city for the last few weeks and have visited many of your recommended shops. Thank you for the guidance.
