Usually the quality goes up, but for some it's a great way to keep work load down. For myself, in some areas I've made enough money providing certain services that I no longer find enjoyable to provide, so I hike my prices up to pay for my inconvenience. It both keeps my work load down, and helps me not resent the work. I imagine some of these girls do the same. Their main goal and their only goal is to make money and as much as they can in the limited time they have. They are not interested in raising prices to lessen their workload especially since many of them are not very busy as of late. That's why you see them hopping from agency to agency in search of that pot of gold. Raising prices to discourage customers may work if you don't want or need the business but the raising of prices for these girls has been their path to fool's gold.
