Pretty sure she usually only sees a few clients a day, and some days those few appointments get booked up pretty fast.

And yeah, she's not great about being on time. I always factored that in whenever I managed to see her and just planned on the fact that I'd be waiting in my car for 15-20 minutes for her to be ready. I'll take having to sit in my car and read a book for a few minutes though when I know it means I'm going to get excellent service and not be rushed in the session though.
