I'm not at all shy, but the place I've gone to a couple of times is annoyingly prudish. Anything they're not scrubbing is kept covered, which means that some body areas never do get treated. I do not expect or ask for any "extras". But I do want to feel like I've been thoroughly cleaned. And I want the provider to understand and speak English.
