Made the rounds on 1st Ave last night around midnite. It was extremely slim pickens to be had. There was a WSW on the sidestreet between McD's and the Hotel, she was a 1/10 on the SW scale. Looked really rough.

Made my way down hoping to run into a BSW, but none out, there was another WSW standing across from Church's down by the bookstores. She looked rough as well, but not as bad as the first one 2/10 on the SW scale. Bham's finest were patrolling so I just decided to call it a night.

Not sure what has happened to all the SWs but maybe the cold has run them into hibernation. Well, if anyone has any info they would like to share on any "reliable" (and I use that term loosely speaking of SWs) let me know with a PM. I am only looking for a BBBJ (swallowing would get a very nice tip).

I was out on Friday and Saturday night and the pickens were slim as well. I did see a new sw. At least she was new to me. This was a tall wsw with short hair hanging around 50th, across from the motel and a block down heading towards Messer. The weather was nasty and I couldn't get a good look at her through rainy windows. If anyone has seen the older wsw that looks like Tom Petty that hangs out in this area, I think she was with her. From waht I could see from this tall girl, she had that Russian model look to her. I did see a few bsw out but they wouldn't cooperate and get off the main roads. One other thing. Can some of you have some etiquitte when it comes to mongering. The last couple of times I have been out there has been a few times where I have been blatantly cock blocked by some asshole. Obviously they are rookies to the whole thing or just jerkoffs in general. Friday night I was trying to get a girl to get off the main road and meet me, and when I finally did and was making my way back to her ready to swoop, some cocksucker pulls right up to her and was trying to get her to do the same thing. She refused, but the timing was gone, and I'm not about to wait in line like a drive thru to pick up some girl. I try to be as stealthy as possible. But, what can you do.

The short haired girl on 50th is the girl who used to always hang around Avondale as recently as the summer. She's the one who others have said isn't worth the time, and the one I gave a ride to for a couple blocks and such. She's the one I said I saw over by the motel by Hardee's within the last two weeks. I don't remember what her name was but it probably was Whorehound who reported on her and used her name since he seems to know all the SW's names. The Star over in Avondale was raided one night a few weeks ago as I passed by there, so that might be why she moved. Oh, the Tom Petty looking girl's name is Denise. I got that from several different sources.

I've had girls get picked up many times before I can get them in position to where I feel comfortable to make contact. You don't know how many times I've gotten a girl to go down a side road and by the time I can make my way back around the block to get her when I get back around she's nowhere to be seen. And sure I know how these people are that blatantly pick up a girl in front of lots of traffic without even surveying the surroundings, and that's not even mentioning doing it in front of those cameras I still think are high crime area cameras. But hey, when I'm out mongering I only worry about myself, and if others want to do mess like that then go right ahead. Irritating, yes, but I've also had girls tell me that my method of picking them up is irritating as well. And I say so what to that as well, because at least it keeps me from putting myself in a situation where I'm picking someone up right in front of a cop.

And when anybody goes out looking for SW and don't find any, just remember most SW are on dope, and dope addicts are like postmen, neither rain nor snow nor dark of night...... If girls aren't out it just means they have either money or dope. The only other excuse I can give for girls not being out is the fact they're slowly but surely cleaning out and tearing down the dope apartments across town girls go to to stay or to get their dope. That would force them to go elsewhere. Examples of this are the apartments on 1st across from the area Ashley walked.

[/QUOTE]There is very little in this world more dependable than an addiction. B'ham is a little more difficult to monger in than other cities becasue some people actually care here. After reading the forum though, and getting some valuable help, I am able to make a pick up almost every time I visit.

One thing I always do before giving up is visit 2 differnet areas twice. The key is not to troll a given area for too long. The last thing you want is for someone to see you making loops.

No doubt. If someone wants to screech up to a girl right in front of everyone, that's on them. They'll learn once they are pulled over by LE. The girls do it too. I've told many of them. Get off the main road. Walk some backstreets. Quit waving and hollering as you go by. We'll find you if you're out, trust me. If I was walking the streets, I would be hardly visible at all, but just visible enough. I'll do what I can do get them off the main drag, but after a few times if they aren't cooperating, I'll just pass em up. As far as the Star getting raided, I wondered what was up. I went by there Friday and Sat, and it was dead. It needed to be raided though. Just a crack house with a vacancy sign. I guess that's why Aimee was back at her normal haunts this weekend.

You know what's funny, it's usually those girls who are waving and yelling that are the ones that are feigning bad for dope. Most times if you see that you can guarantee a rushed or bad time or both. The thing is, I can somewhat see why they're like that if they're addicted, because when the high wears off and the body starts craving it, it's no fun. I like doing recreational stuff occasionally, pain pills actually, and even those can give you a withdrawal from hell. When I've felt like that I've put myself in the girls place and thought of how I would be if I was feeling withdrawal pains and needing a pill yet had to do something I really didn't want to do to get my money. I'd be wanting to get my money and run, or try to talk whoever I was getting it from into letting me get my fix first, so I definitely see why they do some of the things they do. I still say if they're going to be doing what they're doing for their money they need to fulfill what they're being paid for, but I also can see why they do as they do, especially if they're feigning. That's why I sometimes let the girls I know go get their stuff before we do anything, because I can put myself in their place and know how it feels.

And it's also true about circling too much in the same areas, especially lately with the cops being so prevalent in certain areas. If I see too many cops, I'll head to another part of town. I have a route that I take that's about 2 or so hours long, and longer if I go a few extra places I ocasionally go through, so I'm not ever in one area too long. What's funny is the areas that were big for SW back in the early 90's were the areas around 4th and 5th Avenue and 3rd Avenue West all on the west side and downtown, and now it's mainly on the east side.

I have been in situations where I just had to drop the boys off and all that was out was a couple of hard up girls, waving and such. Under less than good judgment I have picked them up. The only real positive to this type of pickup is their level of desperation. You can usually talk them down to 1/2 the normal street rate for pretty much anything and/or get anything, and I do mean anything, that you want them to do. I agree that performance is usually less that optimal.

I knew this girl for a real long time who I would let cop first. In fact she was in a situation with no car and I would pick her up at her moms house, take her to cop, get serviced, and get paid gas money. It was the best of all worlds.

I saw Misty, the 'little of this, little of that' girl back over in Avondale last night. It's funny she doesn't seem to recognize me even though she used to see me a couple years ago almost every night when I used to get gas on the west side of town when she was over that direction. Not that I have a problem with that, it just shows how many people pass through these girls lives that even a familiar face becomes unfamiliar after a while.

Angela Marie Collins was arrested by Birminghams finest, you know, the police force led by the biggest criminal of them all, Langford.

I don't recall if she has been talked about here or not.

This is her 3rd arrest since 6-14. Today, 9-20 and 6-14. The first one was a drug court sanction and the other two were failure to appears, possibly for TASC. No since showing up for piss tests if you know you are going to fail I guess.

She gives an address off of Lawson road and is not a bad looking girl.

Anyone know anything about her ?

Well lets do a little history here. Since June, 2006, Miss Collins has been arrested a total of 8 times, for distribution and possession charges plus one charge of VUACSA whatever that is. I can't say for sure that I've seen her on the street. Could she have been someone I've seen from a distance but never got close up enough to get a good look ? Yes. I'd have remembered her if I had seen her. From her first arrest in 06 to now, she's certainly headed downhill, though she still looks great compared to some girls we see, she's starting to look somewhat emaciated, especially in the cheeks. Reminds me of those lineups of girls arrest pictures showing their decline.

8 times since June of 06 strongly suggests she has worked the streets at some point.

VUACSA is, I believe "Violating the Uniform Alabama Controlled Substances Act"

I expect it has something to do with getting pills with forged scripts and stuff like that.

Maybe even Dr. Shopping.

Maybe she was screwing that pharmacist they busted for teaching women how to use forged scripts ?

I don't know the particulars of the database they supposedly keep in regard to controlled substances.

Do the pharmacists have access to it and decide not to fill scripts or do they just fill scripts and then whenever the database "flags" a person, the cops go pick them up ?

I know that 30 years ago,maybe more recently, there was almost no accountability for controlled substances within a pharmacy. And in shipping and manufacturing. Losses were just considered "shrinkage" like everything else that goes missing at retail.

I assume that has gotten better over the years but there still has to be ways around it for people who know what they are doing.

I remember watching an episode of Greys Anatomy and they had a junkie in the ER complaining about pain. The intern was not going to give him anything and refer him to rehab and the Dr in charge made him give the guy an injection saying they have to treat the supposed pain. Even in junkies.

Saw Dee Dee out in traffic by Pacific Seafood last night, decided not to pick her up though. There was another older blonde lady out - kind of thick, big woman, thin light brown hair - not very pretty but had a nice smile and I got the impression she'd be safe. Someone else picked her up before I got a chance to though. Other than that, Aimee is down near the Star saw her out and saw a brunette I've never seen before in front of the adult bookstores down near Oporto, she was looking kind of rough - waved at me and I turned down Oporto and circled back but she disappeared. Saw a couple of thick black girls out working too - not really my thing.

Anyone know what might have happened to Patty ? I've tried to call her multiple times since Sharan died, and her phone always goes to voice mail and she doesn't call back.

I know Melissa is still in jail, thats a shame.

The database keeps track of a persons prescriptions that have in total, therefore they can't go out and get prescriptions every week from different doctors if they already have them listed in their database as having a current supply of pills. Because of that it catches the ones that try to do such a thing.

Saw Faye last night around 8 standing on the corner of 1st by the CVS. Still had those short shorts on, so easy to spot her. Also saw Sonya walking on 1st heading toward East Lake by the fire station near the Piggly Wiggly during that same drive by. First time I've seen her out and about in several weeks.
