I had my Seeking account suspended one time and not sure if it was something I typed in a on-site message or if I was reported by someone who was disgruntled by our conversation. I have adopted a new procedure where if I come to a head with one of these girls that means I don't ever plan to meet them, I just pre-emptively block their account on Seeking. This seems to prevent them from doing a revenge report against you that could get you suspended. They can still text you if they have a change of heart, but they won't be able to disrupt your ability to meet new prospects on the site. Food for thought.

Not sure about your situation, but I've found if you are are respectful and can hold a decent conversation, it's always better to meet in person and discuss the money there.
