Mbx5184, so as not to take up room in BP thread, here is a response
To your question:
When I mentioned, "stay tuned" it was simply to say that given the very dangerous drugs these girls use; the dangerous lifestyle, and the resources WE give them to acquire the drugs, it is very predictable that these providers will meet their demise. Hence, again, "stay tuned" meaning predictable. I am sure we haven't seen anything yet as things don't seem to get better in this lifestyle for these girls, it seems to get worse if they don't escape the life. You should know that I would think.
As far as recording the activity. If you think I should be so concerned about recording this activity (which I probably should) then you should be just as equally concerned about being in these girls company at any time because if you are caught with them by LEO and they have drugs in the AO, you might go down for it as well- it's called constructive possession. Drugs, LEO, pimps, and danger seem to follow these ladies wherever they go so you might want to consider this to be just as dangerous. If you've read my post on BP about being in the motel room when a girl tried to get a last minute appt. In and LEO came to her room, that shit could have easily turned south if he had came into the room and found drugs. What also concerns me about the heroin use is that one of these days, a client might well be in the room while a girl is overdosing and yes, someone on here reported an experience such as this before.
You mentioned the girls as being your friend but how can you consider these girls your friends when you (and me) are supplying them with the resources to kill themselves. No matter how you slice or dice it, WE are contributors to their demise and yes, I feel bad about this and which is another reason why I am slowly, but surely, making my exit from this thing. To see these young lives destroyed with the resources I provide is very troubling for me. I don't treat them badly when I encounter them but certainly, I cannot profess that we are friends. It's an oxymoronic statement to say that they are our friends.
I have seen her before and she was a nice girl but being a nice girl isn't killing them. The lifestyle along with our resources is because of our own sexual desires is what is killing them. I am not passing judgement but what I am saying is that I am not going to sugarcoat it either. WE who provide the resources aren't helping matters and our contribution will lead to their death-hence. , "stay tunes"; it's just that simple!
You must have read my mind
[BLUE]I deleted the entire RIP thread. I did it because it's against the policies of the forum to post obituary reports and we don't allow threads like that because sooner or later somebody always makes the tie between a chicks hooker life and their real life. Even once somebody is dead we want to respect that separation. I know, nearly all, of the guys who do it have the very best of intentions but we don't allow it.
How much would it suck for one of her kids or other family members to find out she was a hooker years later by googling her name and having reports from this site in the returns?
A2[/BLUE]
I was thinking along those lines.
If this doesn't get ones attention, I don't know what will!
Since a lot of people discuss the laws and such I thought this might clear things up for everyone.
If you have been arrested for solicitation of prostitution in Jacksonville FL, you were likely arrested pursuant to Florida Statute Section 796.07. This is the Florida law that prohibits offering or engaging in prostitution. The current 2015 prostitution law states:
(2) It is unlawful:
(a) To own, establish, maintain, or operate any place, structure, building, or conveyance for the purpose of lewdness, assignation, or prostitution.
(b) To offer, or to offer or agree to secure, another for the purpose of prostitution or for any other lewd or indecent act.
(c) To receive, or to offer or agree to receive, any person into any place, structure, building, or conveyance for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness, or assignation, or to permit any person to remain there for such purpose.
(d) To direct, take, or transport, or to offer or agree to direct, take, or transport, any person to any place, structure, or building, or to any other person, with knowledge or reasonable cause to believe that the purpose of such directing, taking, or transporting is prostitution, lewdness, or assignation.
(e) To offer to commit, or to commit, or to engage in, prostitution, lewdness, or assignation.
(f) To solicit, induce, entice, or procure another to commit prostitution, lewdness, or assignation.
(g) To reside in, enter, or remain in, any place, structure, or building, or to enter or remain in any conveyance, for the purpose of prostitution, lewdness, or assignation.
(h) To aid, abet, or participate in any of the acts or things enumerated in this subsection.
(I) To purchase the services of any person engaged in prostitution.
A bill that has passed the Florida House of Representatives will change the prostitution law. While the new law is not going to change the portion of Section 796.07 set forth in the paragraph above, it will change another section of the law. As stands, Section 796.07 (4) states:
(4) A person who violates any provision of this section commits:
(a) A misdemeanor of the second degree for a first violation, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(b) A misdemeanor of the first degree for a second violation, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(c) A felony of the third degree for a third or subsequent violation, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
(5) A person who is charged with a third or subsequent violation of this section shall be offered admission to a pretrial intervention program or a substance abuse treatment program as provided in s. 948.08.
Section 796.07 (4) equally applies punishment to the person offering the prostitution and the person accepting it. Basically, both the prostitute and the person paying for the service are treated the same. The proposed new law recently passed by the Florida House changes this. "People who solicit prostitutes would face increased penalties under a bill that passed the Florida House. The bill that passed unanimously Thursday, attempts to deal with prostitution by going after people who pay for sex. ".
Changes in FL Prostitution Law?
Without the new language in HB 465, it is a second-degree misdemeanor for a first offense where the defendant offers, solicits, or engages in prostitution or any of the activities set forth in Florida Statute Section 796.07 (2). A second offense is a first-degree misdemeanor. A third offense is a third-degree felony. HB 465 would change that for the activities listed in Section 796.07 (2)(f) only. This section makes it illegal "to solicit, induce, entice, or procure another to commit prostitution, lewdness, or assignation. " If a person is caught soliciting prostitution from another person, "the penalty for a first offense would increase from a second-degree misdemeanor to a first-degree misdemeanor. A second offense would be a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison. A third offense would be a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison. ".
Not only does the Florida prostitution bill increase the possible punishment for soliciting prostitution, but it also places new minimum mandatory penalties and sentences on the defendant. Any one convicted under 796.07 (2)(f) will be required to perform 100 hours of community service and pay for and attend an approved educational program that focuses on the negative effects of prostitution and human trafficking. If a person violates Section 796.07 (2)(f) of the Florida Statutes a second or subsequent time, he or she will have to serve a mandatory 10 day jail sentence. There is an additional punishment if a vehicle is used during the commission of the crime. If a person uses his or her vehicle while soliciting prostitution, the judge may impound or immobilize the vehicle for 60 days.
Thanks for posting this Stewie. It appears they really mean to ruin a joker's life in more ways than one!
I was also told that there is no longer a constructive possessing law anymore. You know, where one is charged with drug possession even if another person actually has the drugs (like being in the room with a girl who has BOI and such). In other words, from what I'm told, everyone in room gets straight up possession charge regardless who owns the drugs. Now I haven't checked into this yet but it would be eye-opening if it is the case. I guess the difference with this law, providing it exist, is that even if said hooker takes ownership / responsibility of the drugs, all parties are still getting charged. It makes me think about when I was in Carmen and Faith's hotel when that cop came by to put her out of the room, I would have been jammed and jammed up! Certainly not worth it. My advice, if you stay in this hobby, select girls who don't do drugs- yes, I know, that was a good laugh! LOL.
