I experienced the incall, not the outcall, so I have no idea what that service is like. The communication is via text / phone and is professional. Why give the new guys a hard time? Just let them know that they need to contribute before asking for information. They may not know how this forum works.
I think they are called millennials. Don't mind my spelling LOL. Tell them once, "you will find that you might not get much of what you're asking for until you have made some contribution here. " If they come back, "oh, ok well I did this, this, and this" then they are somebody that will probably make a good senior some day. If they come back with a fuck you, then an asshole is identified early.

We all take it for granted that new posters understand the culture, not necessarily a rule, and ask first as opposed to providing an insight in order to get information. I do think it is more than appropriate to inform a new poster to read what other seasoned members have posted and then and only then make their initial set of posts.
